To the extent permitted by law, RichyTech and its suppliers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no fees were paid.

7. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify RichyTech against claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for breach or risk to security. Provisions that by nature should survive will remain in effect.

9. Governing law
Unless mandatory local law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in our corporate disclosures, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version. Material changes will be indicated where required by law. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance.
